Many of our services, shops and community programs will be closed over the Christmas period. Please see below for detailed opening hours.

Services

Launceston Family Services - Last day of operation: Friday, December 24. Reopening: Tuesday, January 4.

Burnie Family Services – Last day of operation: Friday, December 24. Reopening: Tuesday, January 11. The Burnie Hub office – Last day of operation: Friday, December 24. Reopening: Monday, January 10.

Morton’s Place - Closed to the public* from Thursday, December 23. Reopening: Monday, January 10.

*This service will continue to support Safe Space clients during this time.

City Kitchen – Last day of operation: Thursday, December 23. Reopening: Tuesday, January 11. Safe Space will remain open to clients referred from Housing Connect.

Programs

The North-West Outreach - Last day of operations: Thursday, December 23. Reopening: Tuesday, January 11.

The North Outreach Trailer* after school outreach will hold their last event on Thursday, December 16, returning Thursday, February 10. *Mall outreach will continue to operate as normal on Friday nights.

M2aF North -West – Last day of operation: Wednesday, December 22. Reopening: Tuesday, January 11. M2aF North- Last day of operation: Thursday, December 23. Reopening: Tuesday, January 4.

Mission Health will be closed Thursday, December 30.

Choir of High Hopes - Last rehearsal: Wednesday, December 15. Reconvening: Wednesday, February 9.

Overcomers - Last meeting: Monday, November 29. Reconvening: Monday, February 7.

Prison Bus will continue to operate as normal.

Mission shops

Mission Shops – Closing: From 4pm, Friday, December 24. Reopening: Tuesday, January 4.

Resale and tip shops

Uptipity and Launceston Recycle Centre.
