Full-time Coordinator Volunteering

City Mission is seeking a qualified, experienced, and highly motivated coordinator with great attention to detail and a patient, supportive and caring demeanour to join the People & Culture Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for on-boarding and supporting our volunteer workforce into placements within our diverse range of services throughout the North and North-West of Tasmania.

As a representative of the P&C team, you will also be responsible for supporting and promoting the Christian culture and ethos of the Mission.

Part-time Admin Assistant HR Systems (25 hours per week, 5 hours per day)

Case Manager Mission2aFuture

Part time - 22 hours per week

City Mission is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Case Manager for our Mission2aFuture program in Launceston. The program is designed to work with individuals to assist with their transition into work, education, training, and community engagement. The role of Case Manager M2aF is to walk alongside participants and take a holistic approach to mentoring so that each person can make positive steps forward. The successful candidate will have strong administration, networking, and management skills.

This position is currently based at our new LCM site, The Ark, in Newstead.

Manager ICT - Hours Negotiable

City Mission is seeking a qualified and experienced Manager ICT to join the team in Launceston. The role involves providing support, leadership, and direction regarding ICT operations and service delivery, as well as developing working relationships with management, peers and other functional areas within the organisation.

The Manager ICT will be responsible for administering ICT, telephony and IP CCTV technologies, monitoring ICT systems performance against benchmarks, managing outsourced service providers, and providing oversight to the business systems development team. They will work alongside all LCM services and facilitate the training of staff in the efficient use of the new technologies as they are implemented. The Manager ICT will also be responsible for leading management and mitigation processes within a cyber security framework.

Please note travel between LCM sites is a requirement of this role.

Missiondale - Weekends, shift work and sleepover shifts included.

City Mission is seeking someone who is looking for an opportunity to support others who are pursuing help to manage their addiction. Experience working with people who are living with addiction is beneficial in the role, but if you are able to demonstrate care alongside good professional boundaries, we would encourage you to apply.
