City Mission is seeking a qualified and experienced Manager ICT to join the team in Launceston. The role involves providing support, leadership, and direction regarding ICT operations and service delivery, as well as developing working relationships with management, peers and other functional areas within the organisation.
The Manager ICT will be responsible for administering ICT, telephony and IP CCTV technologies, monitoring ICT systems performance against benchmarks, managing outsourced service providers, and providing oversight to the business systems development team. They will work alongside all LCM services and facilitate the training of staff in the efficient use of the new technologies as they are implemented. The Manager ICT will also be responsible for leading management and mitigation processes within a cyber security framework.
Please note travel between LCM sites is a requirement of this role.
