Be Part of the 2025 IGA Launceston City Community Christmas!

This morning we officially launched the 10th Anniversary of the Launceston Community Christmas, with Mayor Matthew Garwood, City of Launceston Official, IGA Tasmania and our partner organisations all coming together to open registrations.

The event is taking place on Christmas Day at Launceston Conference Centre – Exhibition Hall (50 Glen Dhu St, South Launceston), with doors opening at 10:30am and lunch served at 12:00pm.

What started a decade ago as a way to make sure no one spends Christmas alone has grown into a true celebration of belonging, generosity and community spirit. There’ll be a Christmas lunch, entertainment, kids’ activities and a visit from Santa.

Our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to our long-time partner organisations Vinnies Tasmania, The Salvation Army Tasmania, Launceston Benevolent Society and CatholicCare Tasmania for your support again this year!
