Rolph Vos

Rolph worked for 27 years in Local Government, 15 years at executive level with 7 years as General Manager. He served 5 years as a Director of the Australian Building Codes Board representing the Australian Local Government Association. Rolph has held positions on the Board of Local Government Professionals Tasmania, Standards Australia working groups and 10 years on the Board of Launceston Christian School, 5 of those as Chair. He is a Life Member of the Local Government Association of Tasmania. Rolph is a member of Riverbank Christian Church, loves spending time with his children and grandchildren, and wants to assist the City Mission continue to impact lives in the name of Jesus.
Kristie Misdom

Kristie settled in Launceston in the mid-90s where she trained at the University of Tasmania as a Registered Nurse. Along with her husband, she currently lives and works at Worldview Centre for Intercultural Studies as a Team Leader and Operations Manager. She is currently the Lead Minister at Door of Hope Christian Church where she has been attending for almost 30 years. Kristie has experience in health care, vocational training, project and event management, not-for-profit board positions and church ministry leadership.
Belinda Williams

Dr Belinda Williams has over 30 years experience working in the higher education sector, both as a professional and academic staff member in the School of Business and Economics, including a number of years at management level.
Belinda is a member of All Saints Anglican Network, Launceston, and has a passion for supporting and helping the most marginalised and isolated in her local community.
Bonnie Bonneville

Dr Bonnie Bonneville is Principal Scientist and Director of Bonneville Consulting. She provides environmental studies and advice to the Tasmanian water Industry. Bonnie is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is a non-executive director of Reconciliation Tasmania and serves on the statutory Regional Cradle Coast NRM Committee. Bonnie lives in Burnie where she enjoys playing and coaching netball and participating in a micro-church for trail runners.
Paul Arnold

Paul Arnold B.Ec; FCPA has over 35 years of experience in public and private enterprise.
He spent eleven years as General Manager of the Burnie City Council, acquiring significant experience in the transformation of the city of Burnie, during this time.
Paul serves on a number of Boards including Tasplan, Tas Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Circular Head Christian School. Paul has had various leadership roles in Smithton churches and currently serves on the leadership team at Dreambuilders church, Smithton.
Anne-Maree Harback

Anne-Maree is a Chartered Accountant and the Chief Financial Officer for Door of Hope Christian Church, where she also serves on the Leadership Group. With a keen eye for financial strategy, Anne brings strong analytical and deliberative skills to her role, ensuring sound decision-making and stewardship. Outside of her work at the church, she and her husband run a successful online retail business specialising in gifts and homewares.
Peter Stone

Peter currently serves as the Business Manager at Guilford Young College, Hobart, where he has been contributing to Catholic Education for the past six years in senior roles. He has over 25 years’ experience in senior executive finance roles including CFO and Company Secretary and contributing to the development and implementation of strategic goals with Boards, managing risk and maximising financial resources. He has a Bachelor of Business and MBA, is a Fellow of CPA Australia and Governance Institute of Australia and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Peter is an active member of the St Clements Anglican community in Kingston.
Adrian Bosker

Adrian brings over 18 years of senior leadership experience in Christian education, having served as Principal at both Calvin Christian School and Launceston Christian School in Tasmania. Throughout his career, Adrian has been committed to Christ-centred education, with a strong focus on the spiritual and academic flourishing of students, alongside the growth and support of staff.
He has led school communities through both stable and challenging seasons, consistently upholding the mission and values of their founding Christian communities. More recently, Adrian and his wife supported a Christian college in Western Australia through a significant period of transition, providing steady, faith-filled leadership, pastoral care, and strategic guidance.
Adrian is passionate about servant leadership, collaborative decision-making, and embedding Biblical values in both vision and practice. Adrian is a member of Riverbank Christian Church, loves spending time with his children and grandchildren, engaging in outdoors activities and most sports, especially AFL and basketball.
