Shop Manager Ravenswood

City Mission is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Manager with initiative and leadership capabilities to lead the team of paid and volunteer workers.
This position is responsible for the management of operations at the Ravenswood Mission Shop in the delivery of quality goods and service. The employee will be required to develop positive working relationships with peers, management, the general public, stakeholders and other functional areas within the organisation.

Supervisor Family Services
Part Time - 30 hours
City Mission is seeking a compassionate and caring supervisor to manage the staff and services operating out of Launceston and Burnie in providing consistent levels of support to people experiencing financial, material or housing need.
Primarily the Supervisor Family Services will be responsible for: overseeing the operation of the service, staff being equipped and able to deliver high quality service to people facing complex and complicated circumstances, the delivery outcomes.
