Pay It Forward Dinner Launceston

Join us in the heart of City Mission for a unique dining experience - featuring Massimo Mele!

Each year we host our 'Pay It Forward Dinner' in Morton's Place. Providing food and friendship for people experiencing hardship, Morton's is a safe, place where everyone is welcome.

Last year, we provided over 13,000 meals to people in need, and we'd love your help to do the same again this year?

As our guest, we invite you to nominate the value of your dining experience, ‘paying it forward’ to provide free meals for people in need. All funds raised on the night will help fund free meals for people in need througout the year.

Enjoy a three-course dining experience with special guest, Massimo Mele. Tasmanian born and bred, Massimo is highly regarded in the Australian Food industry. Travelling the world with his award winning talents, Massimo has recently returned to Tasmania, operating his own successful business ‘Munch on Tasmania’and assuming the position of Food Director, Grain of the Silos.

Resident chef, David Velvick and the Mish Culinary School will also prepare dishes as part of the evening.

So why Pay It Forward?

  • To encourage us to embrace the incredible power of giving;
  • To show each other that we care and there is love and hope;
  • To know that we may be only one person in this world, but to one person, at one time, we are the world.
