City Mission will be hosting their first two day conference in November 2023!
The Australian Institute of Mental Illness estimates that 1 in 5 Australians will experience mental illness in any given year. This means that most of us know someone living with a mental illness, whether mild, moderate or severe.
This two-day event brings together evidence-based content from thought leaders in Mental Health and will benefit every person. Whether you are working in community service, health, education or any other field, or want to be equipped to help a family member or friend experiencing a mental health challenge, this conference is for you!
Our skilled presenters will help you explore transformative approaches to providing support and care, and offer a comprehensive roadmap to a greater understanding of those we walk alongside who may be experiencing mental ill health.
Together we will improve community-wide understanding to help reduce stigma and discrimination and create a more resilient and positive community.
