Full-time Youth Mentor (Mish Makers)

City Mission is seeking a qualified, experienced and highly motivated Youth Worker to join the vibrant, innovative and enthusiastic team at The Mish Youth Centre in Launceston. If you have a passion to see young people thrive and are motivated by working with a diverse range of people, this may be the role for you.

The “Youth Mentor – Mish Makers” will provide mentoring to young people and assist in the facilitation of youth programs and activities within the Mish Youth Services, primarily based at the Mish Makers site.
The Youth Mentor for Mish Makers will assist and take some responsibility in the coordination and promotion of the Mish Makers program alongside other Mish Youth Services team and under the Supervisor for Youth Services.

Part-time Program Facilitator (Mish Makers)

City Mission is seeking a qualified, experienced and highly motivated Artist or Craftsperson to join the vibrant, innovative and enthusiastic team at The Mish Youth Centre in Launceston. If you have skills in designing, creating, teaching, caring and working with a diverse range of people, this may be the role for you.

The position is required to assist in the establishment and ensure the consistent provision and sustainability of the Mish Makers program. The position requires the employee to develop working relationships with the Mish Youth Services team, City Mission Operations areas, clients and community stakeholders.
